BBQ Firepit offers premium portable BBQ fire pits and accessories made from high-quality stainless steel:

• Portable BBQ Fire Pit M-Size Kit - compact grill for 2-4 people
• Portable BBQ Fire Pit L-Size Full Kit - family-sized grill for 3-6 people
• Replacement parts and accessories (grill plates, side panels, chef forks, cases, hand guards)
• All grill plates and forks are made from food-grade stainless steel

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Payment must be received in full before order processing
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed

Pricing

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase:

• Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original packaging and condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost

Product Warranty

All BBQ Firepit products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defect.
